Engineering Support Analyst

Job Summary
Engineering Support Analyst provides administrative support to the Engineering Department, including creating/modifying spreadsheets in Excel, preparing PowerPoint presentations, ERP data/database administration, and producing technical materials. Responsibilities include inputting data into ERP, creating/updating ISO process documents and work instructions, creating training materials, maintaining engineering filing structures and product manuals/test instructions, assisting with onboarding, coordinating general office duties and team events, and collaborating with others in an engineering office environment. Required qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in a technical administrative role, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, data entry and filing, strong communication, ability to work independently and in teams, flexibility, and experience with desktop publishing tools (Photoshop, InDesign). U.S. Citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Technical Administrative position or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Administrative tasks such as filing, organization, maintaining databases and filing system, Data Entry
- Thorough and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible and open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Technical administrative experience
- Experience in an engineering office
- Experience with Desktop Publishing
- Writing and creating technical manuals
- Basic Photoshop experience
- Basic In-Design experience
- U.S. Citizen
