Job Summary
Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to support existing products, ECOs, and ECNs while overseeing project prioritization and execution for custom solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage risks, materials, and delivery schedules for product lifecycle management. Lead multi-discipline engineering functions in mechanical, electrical, and test areas, ensuring Stage-Gate and Technical Review processes are followed while driving continuous improvements to productivity and quality. Represent the company in industrial and technical organizations, preparing reports and presentations related to engineering activities. Manage work activities and schedules to quantify and mitigate risk across multiple product categories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience with product development in a high production environment
- 3+ years of people management experience including leading teams through change
- Consumer goods/consumer durables manufacturing experience
