Manage the property maintenance department by supporting smooth operations, controlling the departmental budget, and ensuring costs and inventory are tightly controlled. Deliver on property maintenance initiatives and hotel targets while proactively improving guest satisfaction through timely responses to guest enquiries. Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing environmental and conservation matters. Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance within the team using a hands-on, lead-by-example work style.
