Job Summary
The Engineering Supervisor oversees a technical engineering team, managing workflow and ensuring effective operations of facility assets and systems. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and leading up to 12 personnel, while providing technical advice and communicating design solutions for facility modifications and improvements. The role requires strong communication skills, technical decision-making capabilities, and the ability to handle various stakeholders. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and possess four years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (BS) in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or other Engineering discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make sound technical decisions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- 4 years’ experience
- Experience with MS Office operating system
Additional Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to fluently read, write and speak English
- Must obtain and retain the appropriate security clearance
