Job Summary
Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor specializing in Power Substation Design. The role requires a BSEE or BSME degree and 8 to 14 years of experience in the power utility industry. The successful candidate will perform Physical Substation design, ensure quality and accuracy in deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and review team work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and familiarity with Bentley MicroStation or Autodesk Inventor is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE or BSME from an ABET accredited University
- 8 - 14 years of experience in the power utility industry
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Skilled in all aspects of Physical Substation design
