Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and preventative maintenance of tools, appliances, and equipment; calibrate controls and instruments; identify and operate shut-off valves; manage inventory and purchase orders; inspect tools and machines; assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; ensure safety and quality policies are followed; respond to guest repair requests; develop disaster-response protocols; maintain professional interactions with guests and staff; drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings; lead a team to meet objectives and uphold Marriott hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
