Job Summary
Engineering Supervisor II role overseeing HVAC & refrigeration systems, electrical & plumbing installations, and comprehensive maintenance programs. Responsibilities include operating, monitoring, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems including chillers, DX/VAV/air distribution systems; conducting preventive and corrective maintenance; inspecting and maintaining fire protection and life safety systems; ensuring safety/compliance with EHS policies; coordinating with contractors/vendors; managing maintenance records and logbooks; responding to emergencies and guest maintenance requests; and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related trade
- Valid technical certifications/licenses as required by local regulations
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in hotel engineering, facility management, or building maintenance
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems preferred
