Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of Automation, Reliability, and Junior Engineers while coaching across all shift levels. Develop maintenance procedures to minimize downtime, conduct safety audits, and coordinate with vendors for equipment upgrades. Drive process automation projects, lead root cause analysis, and monitor KPIs to optimize operational efficiency. Report incidents immediately and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Rotate on Suez shift patterns from 0600-1800 and 1800-0600. Required Qualifications
- independent right to work in the UK
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, material handling equipment, and warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders cross functionally
- Strong and evident leadership and people management experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in an automated manufacturing or distribution center environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of data reporting to the business
