Job Summary
Manage order input interface with TSS and Sales to receive documents and distribute orders to Design Engineers based on product classification and workload. Monitor daily design work planning to ensure tasks finish on time according to design lead time benchmarks, while overseeing drawings and BOMs checks to avoid delays. Lead drawings standardization, conduct regular technical training for mechanical seals to reduce design error rates, and perform seal failure root cause analysis. Interface with EBG design support for technical clarifications and planning monitoring, and discuss technical issues with customers, suppliers, and internal functions. Provide daily staff management and technical support for Pre-Sales and After-Sales/Service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelar's degree and the above, major in mechanical engineering or related area
- Professional in rotating equipment/mechanical seal industry
- Good English communication skills
- Good knowledge for the property of metal and O ring material
- Good knowledge of API 692
- The awareness of cost and timing
- Ability to solve problems independently
- The awareness of result-oriented
- Ability to work well in international teams
