Engineering Supervisor

Install, maintain, and calibrate tools, appliances, and equipment; operate power lifts and shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts while maintaining inventory logs. Complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests, and inspect sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in developing disaster response protocols and respond to guest repair requests. Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching. Ensure adherence to safety policies, report hazards, and implement efficiency improvements. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional relationships. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, extended standing, and stair navigation. Requires at least two years of related work experience and two years of supervisory experience.
