Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the operations and procedures of the Maintenance Department are efficient and productive in completing assigned projects and duties and in compliance with Company standards. Supervises Maintenance Engineers, trains and manages staff, ensures OSHA regulations and internal safety policies are followed, and conducts general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the Casino complex. Coordinates preventive maintenance, operates company vehicles as required, and contributes to Engineering Safety programs to provide a safe environment. May perform ushering for events as needed and maintain a consistent attendance record. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills in Electrical, HVAC, and Building Maintenance are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of Maintenance Engineering experience
- read blueprints
- Strong skills in Electrical, HVAC, and Building Maintenance
- Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
