Engineering Supervisor

Supervise the daily engineering operations at Pullman Lombok Mandalika, coordinating maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance programs across hotel facilities to ensure safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, conduct inspections of guest rooms and public/back-of-house areas, respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, and support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives. Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Chief Engineer and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions. Requires strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems; familiarity with safety standards and regulations; basic computer skills and maintenance-reporting systems; excellent English communication; and proven leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure hospitality environment.
