Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and develop engineering teams across HVAC, Plumbing, Process Piping, Industrial, Refrigeration, or Controls; manage multiple large or complex projects, including design execution, quality assurance, and mentoring. Oversee project scoping, resource planning, and scheduling; perform constructability reviews and BIM/engineering standard development; support pre-sales activities and evaluate potential projects to minimize corporate risk. Foster a collaborative culture between engineers and other departments; ensure adherence to Building Codes and industry standards; coach engineers and team leads, conduct performance reviews, and maintain engineering standards and policies. This exempt role operates Monday–Friday with typical hours 7:00 am–5:00 pm, determined by department head.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management
- 7+ years of experience with 4 years in a leadership position managing engineers
- Professional Engineer license highly desirable
