Job Summary
Engineering Supervisor responsible for day-to-day supervision of the engineering maintenance team and contractors at the Port of Immingham. Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safe and compliant maintenance, manage planning and budgets, and drive continuous improvement. Roles include ensuring safe systems of work, risk assessments, use of CMMS (entry of work orders, planning), liaison across Operations, Marine and Estates, and oversight of preventive maintenance, repairs, and statutory inspections. Candidates should have an engineering qualification to NVQ3 or equivalent (ONC/HNC preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, budgeting awareness, safety compliance (CDM), CMMS experience (Ideally Mainsaver or SAP), and a full driving licence.

- Computer skills
