Job Summary
Hands-on, full-lifecycle Engineering Apprentice role on the Magnetics & Resolvers Engineering team. Own real deliverables across design, manufacturing, and process engineering for aerospace/defense programs; responsibilities include supporting transformer/inductor/resolver designs, CAD modeling and drawings, prototype builds and lab characterization, fixtures/tooling development, First Article Inspections and qualification builds, Lean/Six Sigma-driven yield improvements, and root-cause investigations with exposure to aerospace standards (AS9100D, MIL-SPEC).
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Solid engineering fundamentals, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, curious mindset
