Job Summary
Engineering Stores Team Leader responsible for engineering & raw material stores, inventory management, and ensuring materials for production/maintenance. Leads a stores team, drives stock accuracy, supports purchasing, and drives 5S/HSE compliance. Key duties include managing PPE, waste tracking, SAP/MRP-driven stock control, end-to-end PO processes, supplier relationships, cost-saving initiatives, and budgets/KPIs. Requires SAP experience, stock control and inventory audits, FLT licence, strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, and ability to develop the team.
