Job Summary
Sr. Engineering Manager at Kimberly-Clark leads the Engineering and Reliability team to deliver safety, productivity, quality, cost and environmental objectives. Responsibilities include safety program leadership and training compliance, right-first-time optimization of utilities systems, developing HR strategy for site engineers, driving asset performance with cross-functional leadership, adherence to corporate policies and standards, applying LEAN principles, and enabling continuous improvement across mills and product systems. Requires a Bachelor's in a science/engineering field, 10+ years of industrial leadership experience, ability to coach and develop staff, strong cross-functional influence, experience with capital projects, and up to 15% travel. On-site role based in New Milford, CT, with relocation support for the chosen candidate and a competitive total rewards package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related discipline
