Engineering Specialist

Analyze engineering requirements for new construction projects and improvements to existing facilities. Develop technical designs and project documentation using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Lead civil engineering projects from concept and planning through execution and final delivery, defining objectives, scope, and implementation strategies. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective execution, while developing and monitoring schedules to meet milestones. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Present progress and results to stakeholders and contribute innovative solutions during cross-functional reviews.
