Job Summary
Facilities Engineering Specialist IV performs hands-on monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of facility systems (Process Cooling Water, air compressors, nitrogen systems, chillers, cleanroom and non-cleanroom M&E services, wastewater treatment) to support safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include daily equipment monitoring, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, coordinating preventive maintenance, upgrades and retrofit activities, executing basic building repairs, and tracking monthly utilities consumption and space utilization. Requires teamwork, proactive learning, and strong communication; must have a technical foundation in electrical/mechanical systems (ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Air-Conditioning); experience in cleanroom/non-cleanroom environments; hands-on exposure to air-conditioning, electrical systems, air compressors, and general building services; able to work rotating 12-hour shifts; English proficiency. Location: Woodlands, Singapore (W1); Travel: None.
Required Qualifications
- Technical foundation in electrical/mechanical systems with ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Air‐Conditioning.
