Job Summary
Monitor and analyze network quality KPIs, including mobile coverage, OOKLA speed scores, and consistency metrics, while developing analytical models and methodologies. Analyze competitor network quality movements to identify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven insights supporting management decisions. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous network quality improvement and strengthen competitive advantage. This role works closely with teams to leverage advanced data analysis skills in Python, SQL, and visualization tools for AIS's transformation into a digital life service provider.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience as a Data Anaylst in MBB and FBB technology knowledge
- Knowledge and skill of database systems (OOKLA, SQL and NoSQL)
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Scala
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong knowledge of data security and privacy practices
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree is a plus
