Engineering Spare Parts Supervisor

Manage day-to-day machinery spare parts coding requests from all plants, verifying data accuracy before and after system entry. Coordinate with the SAP Sustain team to update master data efficiently, maintain backup soft copies, and handle SAP user profile approvals for engineering staff. Lead quarterly reviews of spare parts classification across PCE warehouses and annually update criticality lists for slow-moving items. Track weekly and monthly machinery working capital status and maintenance expenses, ensuring engineering cost centers match the chart of accounts. Direct spare parts distribution to assigned plants, follow up on technical intervention issues with procurement, and implement HSE policies. Ensure data security per company standards. Requires 0–2 years of experience with an Inventory Management background.
