Job Summary
Engineering Solutions Application Engineer/Program focus: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customizations, optimize workflows, and ensure engineering tools do not limit engineering design speed. Create practical training content, guide adoption through hands-on experimentation, and iterate processes based on real-world results. Support troubleshooting of deployment/configuration issues, optimize data flow across downstream systems, and identify overlapping capabilities to scale for a fast-paced defense tech environment. Expect emphasis on empowering engineers, improving productivity, and delivering immediate value through streamlined engineering workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience using engineering design tools and can quickly learn new platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions
- U.S. Person (required for export control)
