Engineering Shift Leader

Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance staff during assigned shifts to ensure plant equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities while maintaining accurate shift reports, maintenance logs, and handover notes. Analyze problems to formulate plans that complete work quickly with high quality, and recommend improvements to methods, systems, and procedures. Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance. Requires minimum two years of experience in the position and proven hospitality experience. Familiarity with company documentation, especially the Operational Standards Manual, is essential. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations is required. Additional language skills are an added advantage.
