Job Summary
Conduct supplier technical evaluation, qualification, and development activities while providing expertise during supplier selection. Drive supplier capability improvements and support quality and reliability initiatives by working cross-functionally to ensure suppliers meet business and engineering requirements. Manage the full hardware development process from design through verification and validation, focusing on high-speed signal design, power design, and PCB layout. This Engineering Services role is based in Malaysia and requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Candidates must be proficient with design tools like Cadence and Allegro and possess strong hardware debugging skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- Familiar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation)
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity), Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC), PCB layout and SI/PI analysis, Semiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architecture
- Proficient with related design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS)
- Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skills
- System integration experience
- Intermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment
- Experience in Semiconductor Packaging and Testing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good teamwork and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skills
- System integration experience is a plus
