Job Summary
Engineering Services Lead responsible for guiding a cross-disciplinary team of engineers (manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design) to develop and implement technical engineering solutions that meet business objectives. Lead project timelines, ensure quality and cost targets, assemble resources, and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. Key technical focus areas include 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA customization, UI3/JPO/Triggers, data model customization, and developing/seamless integration of widgets with ENOVIA web services. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Vue/React/Node, plus experience with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and ENOVIA APIs (ENOVIA, 3DSpace, 3DSearch, WAF). Strong background in Agile/Scrum, Git, Jira, and CI/CD (Jenkins), with 6+ years in 3DEXPERIENCE projects, collaboration with multiple teams, and English communication skills; based in Pune with 15 years of full-time education as a stated requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience with 3DEXPERIENCE customization, Widget development and integration projects
- Experience on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as Vue / React / Node
- Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data handling within 3DEXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of ENOVIA configurations, collaborative spaces, and security/access control setup
- Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization proficiency (Must To Have Skills)
- Experience with AGILE/SCRUM methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities and team management
- The position is based at Pune office
