Job Summary
Engineering Services Lead role overseeing a dynamic team of engineers across manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines to develop technical solutions that meet business goals. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and delivering engineering solutions on time and within cost. Key activities include identifying user requirements, reviewing gaps and proposing solutions, developing Netvibes code, mentoring team members, client communications, code reviews, and unit testing. Requires proficiency with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES, experience in cross-disciplinary engineering, and strong project management and communication skills. Based at the Bengaluru office. 15 years of full-time education and 8+ years of relevant experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in 3DEXperience Enovia Netvibes
- Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform NETVIBES
- Strong understanding of engineering principles across multiple disciplines
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools
- 15-year full time education required
- Based at Bengaluru office
