Core duties include delivering technical information about products and solutions to the sales team and clients, performing technical presentations, conducting proof-of-concept tests, delivering customer trainings and workshops, designing overall technical architectures to meet client needs, and maintaining up-to-date professional and technical knowledge through certifications and educational workshops. The role involves supporting the commercial team with pre-sales tasks, responding to technical inquiries, and potentially traveling up to 25% of the time. Required Qualifications
- Educación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Redes, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines (Graduado)
- Experiencia mínima: 2 años en posiciones similares, en diseño de soluciones de infraestructura, hiperconvergencia, almacenamiento, respaldo (Excluyente)
- Experiencia comprobable en mayoristas de tecnología o canales
- Conocimientos: Microsoft Office – Nivel Intermedio (Excluyente)
- Idiomas: Inglés – Nivel Intermedio (Preferentemente)
