Job Summary
Partner with the EMEA Engineering COO team and cross-divisional stakeholders to support the execution of strategic priorities, including location and people strategies. Optimize Engineering-specific processes by identifying operational bottlenecks and documenting workflows to suggest automated solutions. Develop a broad understanding of the organization and financial services industry through data-driven insights, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Create executive-ready presentations and manage complex datasets using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to streamline business operations. Track deliverables, manage risk, and ensure stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams while balancing time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business management, corporate strategy, COO support, project management, or operations roles within technology or financial services
- Understanding of the financial services industry and IT/technology concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including Excel skills in pivot tables, data manipulation, and financial/operational modelling, as well as the ability to translate complex analyses into polished, executive-ready presentations and visual narratives
- Proven track record of supporting end-to-end projects, tracking deliverables, managing risk, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
- Ability to identify operational bottlenecks, document workflows, and suggest automated or optimized processes to drive efficiency
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building and maintaining management dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting briefings and messaging for senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
