Job Summary
Maintain refrigeration and HVAC equipment for the facility, contribute to overall maintenance of the property, and assist with guest-facing facility inquiries. Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team, respond to fire/safety incidents, report hazards, and keep a daily maintenance log. Requires EPA 608 Universal Certification, English fluency, prior maintenance experience, and HVAC/building systems knowledge. Proficient with basic Windows applications is helpful. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a team-oriented approach are expected for delivering high-quality service in a hospitality environment.
