Job Summary
Engineering Recruiter for a contract/temporary staffing provider. Responsible for partnering with engineering managers, developing sourcing strategies to identify engineering talent, conducting initial and follow-up interviews, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interview processes, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Requires 2+ years in engineering recruiting, strong understanding of engineering roles, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, strong organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in engineering recruiting or a related field
- Strong understanding of the engineering landscape and the skills and experience required for various engineering roles
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
