Job Summary
Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical and corporate roles at ENC, with a primary focus on engineering/heavy equipment environments. The role is onsite in Riverside, CA (5 days/week) and involves partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, build talent pipelines, post descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and offers, and track metrics. Requires bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 4–7 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing abilities, experience with ATS (Paycor preferred), knowledge of EEO/OFCCP compliance, and understanding of immigration/work authorization/visa requirements. Emphasis on collaborating with engineering/operations leaders, workforce planning, and driving efficient time-to-fill while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
- 4–7 years of recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for onsite or plant-based roles
- Experience partnering with engineering or operations leaders
- Experience with ATS (Paycor preferred)
- Strong sourcing and candidate-management skills
- Knowledge of immigration/work authorization/visa requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
