Job Summary
Oversee design quality improvements across HUBs and factories by guiding DFMEA implementation, establish engineering quality guidelines at HUB level, drive investigations into serious quality issues and share best practices to improve design quality, coordinate HUB virtue teams to capture field knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a quality culture while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong team leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
