Job Summary
Drive engineering and quality excellence across high horsepower engine rebuild operations by establishing standards, managing Bills of Materials, and leading complex technical investigations into failures and root causes. Promote a data-driven quality culture using digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance while identifying and mitigating technical risks. Lead cross-functional, multi-site engineering initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with rigorous standards, while mentoring teams in advanced problem-solving practices. Requires a degree in engineering or equivalent experience, extensive background in manufacturing or automotive engine rebuilds, and proven leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in manufacturing, automotive, heavy engineering, engine rebuilds, or another highly regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Proven experience leading engineering projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
