Job Summary
Maintain the Quality Manual through annual reviews and updates while developing control systems to ensure final products meet customer specifications. Analyze performance data using statistical methods to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures and customer complaints. Coordinate quality reporting with executive leadership and work with Engineering, Sales, and Warranty teams to resolve technical problems and implement continuous improvement activities. Direct workflow, manage schedules, and provide coaching to assigned subordinates as part of supervisory responsibilities. Travel regularly to manufacturing facilities and customer sites, including overnight stays, and work extended hours during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours
- Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure

- Regular domestic travel to customer sites, service locations, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers, including overnight stays
- Ability to work in production and service environments while following all safety requirements

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Quality (ASQ CQE Certification), ISO, Lean, Statistical Process Control, Auditing, HVAC, and Continuous Improvement methodologies are preferred
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred but not required
- Experience with SAP modules such as EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or IM (Inventory Management)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Bi-lingual a plus
