Job Summary
Support SCRIF production, fabrication, integration, installation, and testing activities by implementing quality-control and safety plans. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of goods, services, processes, and operations for conformity with technical specifications, standards, drawings, workmanship requirements, and applicable regulations. Verify satisfactory completion of performance requirements, document inspection results and corrective actions, and coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, quality, and program personnel to resolve identified issues. Maintain quality-control files and support updates to inspection techniques and manufacturing methods. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, minimum three years of relevant experience, and a Secret DoD security clearance. Work 8 am - 5 pm in Lexington Park, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline, or a qualifying education/experience substitution
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
- Ability to independently perform the functional duties of the labor category
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret DoD security clearance
- Secret
- Bachelor's of Science in a related field OR Associates with an additional 4+ years of experience OR HS/GED with an additional 6+ years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's substitution: associates + 4 additional related years, or HS/GED + 6 additional related years
