Job Summary
Review plumbing cut sheets, isometric drawings, and fabrication documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications. Validate that released documents accurately reflect approved engineering intent before fabrication, procurement, or installation. Collaborate with construction engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies and maintain consistent documentation standards across all projects. Monitor review turnaround times to support project schedules and escalate recurring design or documentation issues to department leadership. Requires Associate's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, and 3+ years in plumbing design or construction documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing design, detailing, fabrication, or construction documentation
- Experience reviewing plumbing construction documents
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent construction experience
- Experience with multifamily or commercial construction projects
- Understanding fabrication workflows and construction sequencing
- Ability to learn new production software and printing systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project reviews simultaneously
