Job Summary
Lead and scale the Capital Equipment Analytics function, establishing a single source of truth for equipment data to optimize delivery and vendor outcomes. Drive demand planning, supplier engagement, and spend analysis while developing standardized data models and digital tools integrated with SAP and enterprise systems. Manage a team responsible for forecasting, lifecycle tracking, and delivering Power BI dashboards that improve forecast accuracy and decision-making across global capital projects. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, procurement, and finance teams to drive adoption of analytics solutions and implement automation for efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- Documented experience understanding equipment delivery across projects
- Strong experience with data analytics tools and systems, including Power BI and SAP
- Experience working with capital equipment, procurement, or supply chain data in a project environment
- Experience supporting capital projects in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle processes, procurement workflows, and capital project delivery
- Experience integrating data across cost, schedule, and procurement systems
- Experience building data models, dashboards, and scalable analytics solutions
- Familiarity with automation, data engineering concepts, or advanced analytics techniques
- Demonstrated ability to drive standardization, process improvement, and adoption of analytics solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
