Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day prototype operations across shipping, receiving, storage, inventory management, distribution, redistribution, and final disposition; maintain chain-of-custody controls for prototype traceability; support global prototype movement across origins/destinations with internal/external partners; develop EPS tools, templates, and cadences for engineering development and build execution through EVT/DVT/validation phases; build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and coordination mechanisms to improve execution and follow-through for engineering teams; coordinate build readiness with engineering and vendors, including material readiness, issue tracking, logistics, and action closure; identify gaps, shipment risks, inventory discrepancies, readiness issues, and drive corrective actions; provide hands-on support for in-office shipping/receiving and prototype coordination; up to 20% travel; San Francisco in-office requirement.
