Job Summary
Drive end-to-end process redesign efforts utilizing Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies to evaluate current-state processes and implement sustainable solutions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements for digital solutions, drive automation initiatives, and identify AI-enabled opportunities that improve business performance and employee productivity. Provide leadership for a team of individual contributors, managing headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs while ensuring resources align with organizational roadmaps. Serve as a focal point for introducing new capabilities and services, coordinating global stakeholder alignment and readiness planning. Develop executive-level reporting and data-driven presentations to communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 8+ years leading cross-functional projects or programs
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale business transformation initiatives
- Experience working across multiple supply chain functions
- Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence programs
- Advanced experience with analytics, reporting, and executive communications
- Working knowledge of E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently
- Advanced data analysis skills and high excel acumen
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and adaptability
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; logical solution provider
- Working knowledge of and ability to manage complex modelling and financial analysis
- Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language
- Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools with intermediate to advance Excel skills

- PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certifications
- Experience leading Agile programs and digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain operations, and Factory Services processes
- Experience with: SAP PLM/PDM systems
- BOM management
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Services delivery operations
- Strong Power BI, Excel, and data visualization skills
- Experience with: Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Dynamics 365 SharePoint
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation platforms, and responsible AI principles
- Financial acumen including revenue, gross margin, cost management, business cases, and ROI analysis
