Job Summary
Based in Canberra, Adelaide or Sydney, we are seeking Managers and Senior Managers to join Coras’ Nuclear capability. You’ll lead the delivery of complex engineering and project activities across high-profile Defence programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, provide oversight and decision-making in highly regulated environments, and engage with Defence, industry and technical stakeholders to translate complex information into practical outcomes. A Defence consultancy with potential for flexible and hybrid working arrangements and the requirement to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering projects, complex delivery programs, or technical work packages within Defence, maritime, infrastructure or other high-assurance environments
- Background in engineering, project management, or a combination of both
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcomes against challenging requirements
- Ability to engage confidently with senior technical, operational and executive stakeholders
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills in regulated environments
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into practical outcomes
