Job Summary
Engineering Project Manager responsible for independently and collaboratively managing industrial wastewater projects in the food and beverage sector. Acts as primary client contact, applies project management methods to control schedules, scope, and budgets through all phases (including construction), coordinates with subcontractors and equipment suppliers, assigns tasks to project team members, tracks budgets and invoicing, maintains project documentation with Project Coordinators, gathers client data for design, drafts bid requests and evaluates quotations, reviews purchase orders, and supports risk management. Travel up to 20% and based out of the Hartland, WI office. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and strong written/verbal communication skills; experience preferred in industrial construction project management and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
