Job Summary
Lead cross functional engineering projects on a project-by-project basis, independently planning, executing, and directing teams that may cross traditional product lines. Manage project costs including capital expenditures and cross functional expenses, while supervising team members and resolving complex problems through adaptations of standard engineering principles. Identify and solve issues involving new design experiments without supervision. Requires B.S. and 8-10 years of experience with 2-5 years in matrix management. Work M-F (40 hours) in Skaneateles, NY - Remote. Stefanini Group serves Fortune 1000 enterprises globally through offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing and IT consulting.
Required Qualifications
- B.S.
- 8-10 years experience
- 2 - 5 years of matrix mgt. experience
- Thorough, up to date knowledge of multiple disciplines
- Good communication skills
- matrix management experience
- Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques
