Job Summary
Oversee multiple ongoing growth and cost-saving projects at the Chicopee, MA and Huntingdon Valley, PA sites, managing capital budgets up to $5 million. Develop project scope definitions, lead execution, and support the plant manager with annual capex planning while maintaining the overall site capital budget. Identify schedule risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide technical plant support and engineering qualifications for the membrane process. Prioritize safety and compliance as critical operational standards. This role requires a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience in chemical or industrial operations and proficiency in SAP.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical and/or industrial operation
- Capital Project Management experience - including projects > 1M
- Familiarity with engineering codes and standards
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- SAP experience
