Job Summary
Track and report on project cost and schedule milestones while maintaining quality assurance processes for classified projects within secure facilities. Collaborate with principal investigators, program managers, and researchers to manage subcontract expenditures, reporting, invoicing, and Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists. Coordinate effective project development processes, facilitate technical and executive-level briefings, and support the tracking of project other-direct-costs including equipment and software. Prepare project documentation, coordinate offsite team meetings, and interact with enterprise organizations to ensure team needs are communicated and completed. Develop project-specific processes and facilitate budget creation, work breakdowns, and integration plans with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Current eligibility for access to classified information at the Top Secret/SCI level
- Successful completion of background check(s)
- Eligible to obtain a government security clearance
- Participate in the ARL drug testing program
- Comply with electronic and physical monitoring requirements applicable to federal contractors
- U.S. citizen
- Project management including, tracking project cost, schedule milestones, quality assurance processes, and the management of project commitments and timelines
- Support of projects to include financial and technical reporting, meeting planning facilitation, and facility/equipment needs
- Experience with the following tool suites: Microsoft applications, to include strong user experience with excel
- Experience with the following tool suites: Atlassian (Confluence and JIRA)
- Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary, team-oriented cultures
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
