Engineering Project Manager

Lead engineering projects from concept through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and documentation while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. Review engineering drawings and technical specifications for compliance, facilitate stakeholder meetings to resolve issues, and prepare performance metrics for leadership. Support new product development, process improvements, and capital equipment initiatives while driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases.
