Job Summary
Lead civil engineering land-development projects from scope through client satisfaction, managing schedules and budgets while mentoring teams and building long-term client relationships. Drive profitable project delivery, coordinate design production, internal collaboration, and contract negotiations; prepare proposals and define deliverables. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 7+ years of civil land development experience, and strong communication/leadership skills. PE license is preferred but not required. The role is temporarily remote with in-person collaboration from a commutable distance to Tampa, FL, and may involve hybrid and in-person work arrangements.
