Engineering Project Manager

Engineering Project Manager located in Singapore tasked with leading offshore/onshore oil and gas EPC/EPCI projects (including FPSO/FSO/FLNG) from initiation to close-out. Own the Execution Strategy, Project Execution Plan, and Project Business Plan; drive objective setting, risk and change management, cost optimization, and cash flow management. Lead the project team, foster HSSE and Quality culture, manage client communications and relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment of competencies across functions. Requires 10–15+ years of project management experience in oil and gas with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and bilingual communications (Korean and English) for reporting and diplomacy.
