Job Summary
Project Manager at Memory Lane Cakes responsible for end-to-end delivery of site capital and improvement projects, including concept development, URS creation, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project handover; develop and maintain the site’s 3–5-year Capital Investment Plan; drive cost reductions, operational improvements, and automation initiatives; lead supplier and contractor performance, tendering, and commercial negotiations; monitor capital spend and ROI reporting; ensure CDM and health & safety compliance; manage cross-functional stakeholders across operations, hygiene, technical, finance, NPD, warehouse, and engineering; oversee live installations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives with CI teams; require a degree or HND in Engineering (preferred) with strong project management and stakeholder skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or HND in Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Engineering background
- Project Management experience in FMCG/food manufacturing or similar environments
- Experience delivering capital projects
- Budget management/forecasting/ROI knowledge
- CDM Regulations and contractor management knowledge
