Job Summary
Lead and manage engineering design and delivery for Data Centers and Critical Facilities, owning project plans, budgets, schedules, and team coordination from design through commissioning; interface with clients to define requirements, produce proposals and reports, and drive successful project outcomes while ensuring adherence to best practices, LEED considerations, and company strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
- P.E. license or actively working towards it
- AIA certification (preferred)
- PMP certification a plus
- Experience managing Data Center / Critical Facilities design projects
- Experience in engineering consulting / A/E / MEP
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) for complex reporting and forecasting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Security cleared or veteran experience a plus (optional)
