Job Summary
Engineering Project Manager to lead project execution in Poland (Warsaw) with on-site requirement; responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution, time/effort tracking, regular status reporting, team coordination, project risk management, and maintaining project documentation. Ideal candidate has 4+ years IT experience, strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SDLC knowledge, Jira/Confluence/Miro/OKRs proficiency, and English fluency. Nice-to-have: PMP/PSM certificates; technical familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, databases (ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis), messaging (Kafka, NATS, BullMQ), and CI/CD/monitoring tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK). Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in IT
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Managing team experience
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs
- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of time management
- Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
